How hiring me for your Wedding works...
I'm glad you've taken an interest in my work at HBedard Photography. You may be wondering how the whole process all works, so let me explain. From your first inquiry to your final image gallery delivery, it's a simple process designed with you in mind. I want to make sure everything is easy and straightforward while providing you with the best possible service.

Your Inquiry
Starting with your first inquiry, whether that's just an email sent, or you filled out a Contact me form, I get back to you within 48 hours. I'm always so excited to hear about what you want captured by me! My first email will include a congratulations, and a few more questions for me to understand completely what you are looking for and what date you've selected to make sure that I am available. Quote and Consult Call
Next, as we have chit chatted back and forth enough to nail things down, I set up a consultation; this can either be in person, a zoom call, or just a phone call. Then, I send you over a quote. This quote will give you a break down of everything that will be included when hiring me as your photographer for your special day. Getting this quote holds absolutely no pressure for you to book with me, I want to be upfront and provide you with all the information that you want before you move forward, with no pressure at all. Planning your own wedding is stressful enough, the last thing I want to do is add to that.

Contract Signing
If you decided to make it this far I will issue you your contract that you will look over before signing. Once you look it over and tell me that it is all good, you will sign and then I will as soon as you let me know your good! At time of signing for all wedding packages, there is a $300 non-refundable deposit due.

Engagement Session
Next comes your engagement session if you decide to do one with me. We will plan it out and once this day comes, if we haven't already, I get to meet you in person finally! This is a great way to get to know how I work and what your wedding day will look like. I always recommend the engagement session because it will give you a look and an idea into what you will be looking at for your big day! After your engagement session I get you back a sneak peak the very next day, its always so exciting to see!! Within two weeks of your session you will have your entire edited, non watermarked digital album back! You could find yours Here!

One Month Out
We are getting so close! I always reach out to my clients exactly one month before their big day. In this email I will ask for final details like your time line, and your desired shots list. I'll also schedule another in person, zoom or phone meeting with you to go over final details to make sure that I don' miss out on anything special! Most brides or grooms don't always have these lists put together yet, but its definitely important to start thinking of it now! I will provide any help and assistance if needed, I love to help my clients along the way to make the process that much more easier!

The Big Day!
Your Wedding Day is finally here!! I will have your shots list in hand as well as your timeline to make sure that everything runs smoothly! Ill be there early to scope out some awesome photo locations if I have not already been there. I'll be happy to help you put on your dress (especially is you have millions of little tiny buttons no one can loop with acrylic nails on...), or even find you a snack. The day truly flies by and I'll be there to capture each moment!

Delivery
Once your day is over and I head home I start looking through your wedding album to get you your next day sneak peak of about 15-20 edited non watermarked digital images. These are the best to start sharing some of the awesome shots that you got from your wedding! You can then expect your entire wedding album within 4-6 weeks after the big day. After the final album delivery, If your wedding photography package comes with a photobook you get to go through your album and create a favorites list of your favorites and inform me when your ready for me to make your album! The album will arrive in 2-3 weeks. Finally if you are getting a canvas you can inform me at any time what image and size you'd like and I will get that out to you within 1-2 weeks!

After it All
Once you are finally able to sit down and relax at home after the big day and the honey moon you are going to enjoy reminiscing on all of the fun of the big day. I hope the canvas and the photo book treat you well in remembering how all the stress was worth it!
I truly hope at this point that you had the best experience with me as your wedding photographer! So much so that when you have finally start a family you'll come back for more!
